1. Preparation before installation
Before installing the aluminum alloy sliding door, it is necessary to accurately measure the size of the door opening to ensure that the size of the aluminum alloy sliding door matches the door opening. Plan the installation position of the track to ensure that the track is installed smoothly and horizontally. Check whether the aluminum alloy sliding door and its accessories are intact. If damaged, they should be replaced in time. Ensure that the installation materials used (such as screws, sealing strips, etc.) are of reliable quality.
2. Track installation
The size of the track box on the upper part of the aluminum alloy sliding door must be guaranteed to be 12 cm high and about 9 cm wide to ensure that the track can be installed stably. Use a gravity cone (plumb bob) to hang the points at both ends and the midpoint of the upper track, and draw them on the ground with an oil pen to ensure that the upper and lower tracks are completely parallel. Use screws to fix the track in the predetermined position to ensure that the track is installed firmly and horizontally. After the installation is completed, check whether the track is smooth and there is no jamming. Ensure that the track and the door leaf cooperate well and the door leaf can slide smoothly on the track.
3. Door leaf installation
Place the pulleys in pairs in the slide groove to ensure that the pulleys are installed correctly and firmly. Check whether the pulleys are flexible and without abnormal sounds. Use manual or other lifting tools to transfer the door leaf vertically to the track and hang it well. Make sure that the door leaf and the track are well matched and the door leaf can be opened and closed smoothly. Install hardware accessories such as locks and handles according to customer needs. Make sure that the hardware accessories are firmly installed and used normally.
4. Gap treatment and waterproofing
After installation, check whether the gap between the door leaf and the wall is uniform. Use sealing strips or foam glue to fill the gap to ensure the sealing between the door leaf and the wall. Apply waterproof glue to the gap between the door frame and the wall to ensure that the door frame is not eroded by moisture. Check whether the waterproof strip is installed at the bottom of the door frame to ensure that the ground is not affected by water stains.
5. Safety and debugging
Check whether the door leaf is firmly installed and there is no shaking. Make sure that hardware accessories such as locks are used normally and there are no safety hazards. Push and pull the door leaf repeatedly to check whether it runs smoothly. Adjust the track and pulleys to ensure the best operation of the door leaf.
6. Other precautions
During installation, ensure that the door leaf is kept at a certain distance from sockets, switches and other objects to avoid interference during the switching process. During the installation process, ensure that the door frame and door leaf are kept horizontal and vertical to avoid affecting the appearance and use effect. It is recommended that professionals perform the installation to ensure installation quality and safety performance
