Aluminum alloy has low density but high strength. It is close to or higher than high-quality steel and has good plasticity. It can be processed into various profiles. It has excellent conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in industry, and its usage is only second to that of steel. Some aluminum alloys can be heat treated to obtain good mechanical properties, physical properties and corrosion resistance. The 2008 Beijing Olympic torch "Xiangyun" is made of aluminum alloy.
Consumers should pay attention to the following points when purchasing and using aluminum alloy doors and windows:
1. Check the ex factory certificate of goods, and pay attention to the ex factory date, standard, technical conditions, enterprise name and production license number.
2. Carefully observe the appearance of the goods. The goods should have bright color and good luster, and the appearance should not have significant scratches, bubbles and other defects.
3. Be sure to pay attention to the wall thickness of goods. The commodity thickness of doors and windows shall not be less than 1.2mm. Whether it meets the standard can be calculated according to the area bearing capacity.
4. Pay attention to the thickness of the outer coating of the goods, and the film thickness of anodized goods shall not be less than 10 μ m. The film thickness of electrophoretic painted goods shall not be less than 17 μ m. The coating thickness of powder spraying shall not exceed 40-120 μ M scale, fluorocarbon paint spraying commodities shall be more than two coats, not less than 30 μ m。
5. For users in coastal areas, it is best to choose electrophoretic coating profiles, powder spraying profiles or fluorocarbon spraying profiles with good corrosion resistance.
6. During normal protection, brushes and other hard objects shall not be used as cleaning things, but soft cotton yarn and cotton cloth shall be selected.
7. Water, detergent and soap can be used for cleaning, but other organic substances cannot be used.
