1. Recognition of signs.
Manufacturers with formal or production licenses shall indicate the product logo on the obvious parts of their aluminum alloy products, including manufacturer name or trademark, product name, product model or mark, manufacturing date or serial number. There should be obvious words and signs of "moisture-proof", "handle with care" and "upward" on the packing box.
2. Surface quality.
The decorative surface of doors and windows should not have obvious damage, which means that the protective film on the surface of doors and windows should not have scratches. There should be no obvious color difference on the colored surface of adjacent components on doors and windows. There should be no aluminum chips, burrs, oil spots or other stains on the surface of doors and windows, and there should be no spilled adhesive at the assembly joints.
3. Size deviation.
The size deviation of the aluminum alloy door and window frame should be the smallest.
4. Aluminum alloy door and window components.
The connection of aluminum alloy door and window components should be firm, and corrosion-resistant filling materials should be used to seal and waterproof the connection part.
5. Look at the material.
There are six main aspects for reference in material materials:
Thickness: There are 70 series and 90 series of aluminum alloy sliding doors. The 70 series of aluminum alloy sliding doors inside the residence can be used. The serial number represents the number of millimeters of the thickness of the door frame. There are four types of aluminum alloy sliding windows: 55 series, 60 series, 70 series and 90 series. The selection of the series should be based on the size of the window and the local wind pressure. Aluminum alloy sliding windows used as closed balconies should not be less than 70 series.
Strength: The tensile strength should reach 157 Newtons per square millimeter, and the yield strength should reach 108 Newtons per square millimeter. When purchasing aluminum alloy doors and windows, you can bend the profile moderately with your hands, and it should be able to recover after letting go.
Chroma: The color of the same aluminum alloy profile should be the same. If the color difference is obvious, it is not suitable for purchase.
Flatness: Check the surface of the aluminum alloy profile, there should be no depressions or bulges.
Glossiness: Avoid choosing profiles with open bubbles (white spots) and slag (black spots) on the surface of aluminum alloy doors and windows, as well as obvious defects such as cracks, burrs, and peeling.
Oxidation degree: The thickness of the oxide film should reach 10 microns. When purchasing aluminum alloy doors and windows, lightly scratch the surface of the profile to see if the oxide film on the surface can be wiped off.
